Who Is She?
Lori Etchison is a Leadership Guide & Mentor who comes alongside individuals and leaders at every stage of growth, helping them prepare for moments that matter.
Her work lives at the intersection of clarity, confidence, and courage — supporting people as they navigate transitions, high-stakes conversations, interviews, leadership moments, and seasons of becoming. Lori is known for her rare ability to see potential early, name it clearly, and help others step into it with grounded confidence and integrity.
With a nurturing spirit and a fierce commitment to truth, Lori creates space for people to show up honestly and strategically — without shrinking, performing, or self-betrayal. Her work is especially supportive for individuals who may not yet see themselves as leaders, but sense a quiet invitation to step forward, speak up, or move differently. She also works with those already carrying responsibility and influence who are discerning how to lead with clarity, presence, and wisdom.
Lori draws from lived experience marked by perseverance, faith, and transformation. A continuation high school dropout turned three-time degree holder — including a Master’s in Leadership and Executive Coaching — she brings both humility and authority to her work. Her journey allows her to recognize hidden strengths, translate experience into confident expression, and help people prepare for moments where how they show up truly matters.
Through private strategic sessions, mentoring, retreats, and speaking engagements, Lori helps people align who they are with how they show up — offering preparation that is thoughtful, embodied, and deeply human.
You do not need to believe you are a leader to begin this work. Sometimes growth begins by borrowing belief — until it becomes your own.
Passion for Prisoners
For reasons very personal to Lori, she has a heart for those incarcerated. She has gone into several prisons speaking, offering hope, and sharing her stories. She has been welcomed and received as family. Although she tells it like it is, Lori understands that nobody is a throw-away, that people can change, and that what you have done does not define who you are.
Missions 2 Africa, Inc.
Lori’s passion is paralleled through her 501c3 charitable organization, Missions 2 Africa, Inc., developing the potential of her T.E.A.M. (Train, Equip, Advance, Mentor) members through short-term, life-changing mission trips; leading teams to remote villages throughout West Africa sharing the love of Jesus through preaching, education, feeding programs, school development, and more. Through Missions 2 Africa, she offers educational assistance through scholarships and through financial donations to help build schools and support various programs. She dreams of building a vocational training school centrally located near remote villages in Ghana.
